"Science Innovation Board Daily" reported on the 3rd, on July 1, US time, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) made a final ruling on the investigation of gabapentin immunoassay kit and test strip product 337, agreeing to the plaintiff of the case, ARK Diagnostics, Inc.

On December 1, 2020, ARK Diagnostics requested ITC on the grounds of patent infringement to initiate 337 investigations on gabapentin immunoassay kits and test strip products imported and sold to the United States by companies including the aforementioned three Chinese medical device companies, and requested ITC issues limited exclusion orders and prohibitions
