    methicillin (100mg/ml)

    kanamycin (10mg/ml)
    Dissolved 0.1g kanamycin in sufficient amounts of water, finally fixed to 10ml. It is packed into small parts and stored at -20 degrees C. It is often added to the growth culture at a final concentration of 10ug/ml to 50ug/ml.


    chloramphenicol (25mg/ml)
    Dissolved 0.25g chloramphenicol sufficient amount of waterless ethanol, finally fixed to 10ml. It is packed into small parts and stored at -20 degrees C. It is often added to the growth culture at a final concentration of 12.5ug/ml to 25ug/ml.


    streptomycin (50mg/ml)
    dissolves 0.5g streptomycin sulphate in sufficient amounts of waterless ethanol, finally fixed to 10ml. It is packed into small parts and stored at -20 degrees C. It is often added to the growth culture at a final concentration of 10ug/ml to 50ug/ml.


    nalidixicacid (5mg/ml)
    dissolved 0.05g sodium ketoneate in sufficient amounts of water, and finally settled to 10ml. It is packed into small parts and stored at -20 degrees C. It is often added to the growth culture at a final concentration of 15ug/ml.


    tetracyline (10mg/ml)
    dissolves 0.1g tetracycline hydrochlorate in sufficient amounts of water, or dissolves alkali-free tetracycline in waterless ethanol, to 10ml. Divided into small parts wrapped in aluminum foil filled with liquid tube to avoid the solution to see light, at -20 degrees C storage. It is often added to the growth culture at a final concentration of 10ug/ml to 50ug/ml.


    Tips: If 10mg/ml canamycin is made, first in a salt water bottle orbottle to add 10 ml of double steamed water, high pressure, cooled to add 0.1g canamycin, mix well, filter membrane filter totest tube, and then 1 ml / tube into the EP tube for use.
