Listeria monocytogenes is a common food-borne pathogen and one of the pathogens with the highest detection rate and risk assessment level in ready-to-eat meat products in Chi.
This research breaks through the traditional immunomagnetic separation pretreatment methodbased on magnetic Fe3O4 particles , and uses magnetic MOF materials to construct capture probes by directly adsorbing aptamers to magnetically separate and enrich Listeria monocytogenes in sampl.
The results showed that: in the concentration range of 4×101~4×107 CFU/mL of Listeria monocytogenes, there was a good linear relationship between the detected fluorescence intensity and the bacterial concentration, and the detection limit was 88 CFU/.
The research results were supported by the major public welfare project of Henan Province "R&D and Demonstration of Key Technologies for Rapid Detection and Prevention and Control of Meat Safety Hazards" (20130011010
