The meeting focused on the requirements of the municipal government on the "Baotou City Three-Year Action Plan for the Development of Prepared Vegetable Industry (2022-2024)" and "Ten Measures to Accelerate the High-quality Development of Prepared Vegetable Industry in Baotou City (Trial)", focused on high standards to lead the development of high-quality prepared vegetables, conducted a comprehensive discussion on the development status of the city's prepared vegetable industry and the situation of characteristic industries, and focused on the definition, scope, classification, standards of prepared dishes in our city, as well as the standardization needs of prepared dishes and the promotion and application
of prepared vegetable standards 。 The participants fully recognized the importance of formulating standards in the development of the prepared vegetable industry, put forward constructive suggestions for the standardization of prepared dishes, and hoped to solve the problem of lack of prepared vegetable standards by promoting the standardization of prepared dishes, effectively help enterprises resolve industrial development risks, break through the bottleneck of industrial development, and reached a consensus
on the key direction of standardization of prepared dishes.
