    Voraxor contains Tirexor ® , the first registered active ingredient , to provide growers in Western Canada with a new solution for weeding in the 2022 crop season.
    Voraxor is the newest member of BASF's pre-sowing herbicide product portfolio, representing the evolution of BASF's innovation in weed killing technology.
     
    Voraxor provides fast-killing solutions for broad-leaved weeds for growers in Western Canada, including groups 2, 4 and 9 resistant biological weeds, and can also improve the broad-spectrum killing ability of broad-leaved weeds.
    Voraxor can also control annual and perennial weeds in winter, and has a high residual control efficiency for several weeds, the most common ones are Kochia scoparia, sorrel, volunteer rape and wild mustard.
    Voraxor is registered in Western Canada and can be used in peas, lentils, soybeans, corn, wheat and barley.
     
      Daniel Packer, senior brand manager of BASF's Canadian Agricultural Solutions Herbicides, said that in recent years, farmers are facing a situation where the resistance of Group 2 and Group 9 herbicides continues to increase.
    With the launch of Voraxor, growers will be able to expect more A good weed killing program before sowing can improve the scope and consistency of residual weed control.
     
      BASF will hold the Agricultural Solution Performance Test (APT) in 2021, so that growers have the opportunity to test these products before they are launched in 2022.
