195 of the Belarusian Council of Ministers published on the Belarusian national legal portal, Belarus has implemented an export license system for oil residue, oil meal and fish compound feed .
The relevant resolutions are valid for 6 months .

The document states that the export of oil residue, oil meal, fish compound feed and products that can be used to prepare complete feed abroad must obtain a one-time license issued by the Ministry of Anti-Monopoly Regulation and Trade in consultation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food
