Qualifications of bidders:

1) Have the ability to independently bear civil liability;

2) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law (nearly half a year);

3) During the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities, there was no record of major violations of laws in business activities.

4) Must be a bidder who has registered and applied for CA digital certificates and electronic signatures on the Jiangxi Provincial Public Resources Trading Network.

5) Possess the second-level (or above) qualification for general contracting of housing construction projects or professional contracting of building decoration and decoration projects.

6) Have a valid safety production license.

7) It is proposed to send a registered constructor of grade 2 or above (housing construction engineering major; the name of the unit on the registration certificate must be the same as the name of the bidder).

8) The project leader of this project must have a production safety assessment certificate (the name of the unit on the certificate must be the same as the name of the bidder).

9) This project does not accept consortium bidding.

Each bidding document is 300 yuan, non-refundable after payment.

The deadline for bidding and bid opening time is 09:30 on March 29, 2016 (Beijing time).
At that time, the legal representative or officially authorized representative of the bidder is invited to bring CA digital certificate and comprehensive unit price analysis table (written and electronic CD-ROM) to attend the bid opening meeting.
