Intravenous use of suffintane can cause coughingThe purpose of this study was to assess the inhibitory effect of pre-injection of rifentanis on coughcause of sufffentanine during the whole hemp induction processthe prospective, randomized controlled trial from 10 January 2019 to 01 March 2019A total of 100 patients with full hemp-based elective surgery were included, and 84 patients were eventually assigned to two groups of the same size (n s 42)Remifentanil patients in the 1-minute intravenous infusion of remifentanil (diluted to 2 ml) before injection of sufentanil ; Both groups of patients were given injections within 5 s, followed by injections of sufffentanine 0.5 sg/kg in 5 s, recording the number of coughs that occurred within 1 min after injection of sufffenteninAfter 1 min after injection of sufffentani, with or without cough, all hemp induction is given to the adhestere 0.3 mg/kg and sisaquor ammonium 0.15 mg/kgRecord the average arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) at points such as pre-treatment pre-treatment (T0), 3 minutes after administration (T1), 1 minute after intubation (T2), 3 minutes after intubation (T3)results showed that the incidence of cough in Group R and Group C were 4.8% and 31% respectivelyCompared to Group C, the incidence and severity of cough in Group R decreased significantly (P 0.01)There was no significant difference between MAP and HR in both groups of full hemp induction (P.05), the results show that small doses of remifentanil pretreatment can effectively and safely reduce the incidence and severity of seffentanil-induced cough in anaesthetic induction, and can be used as an alternative treatment to inhibit cough caused by sufffentin
