Bolivia's Rural Development and Lands Minister Remmy Gonzales said recently that the Bolivian government will use "all stocks of wheat " to ensure the supply of flour

"We have made it very clear to bakers across the country that we will not run out of flour, and the 'Programa Trigo' (Programa Trigo) has helped us," Gonzalez said.
