A total of 53 preparation products were approved this time, of which 9 are considered low-impact products

The phytochemical product is composed of cinnamaldehyde, which is an active ingredient in cinnamon essential oil

This product is registered on strawberry crops and is used to prevent and treat the fungus Sphaerotheca macularis (Sphaerotheca macularis) that causes powdery mildew, and to prevent and treat Mycosphaerella fragariae (Mycosphaerella fragariae) that causes leaf spot disease

So far, there is no registered product for preventing powdery mildew in strawberries
