Brazil's Animal Protein Association (ABPA) forecasts that Chicken production in Brazil is expected to reach 13.8 million tons in 2020, up 4.2 percent from last year, and annual chicken exports are expected to be 4.23 million tons, up 0.5 percent from last year, Success Agriculture reported on December 9.
pork production is expected to be 4.3m tonnes, up 8 per cent from last year, while full-year pork exports are 1.03m tonnes, up 37 per cent from last year, a record.
ABPA expects Brazilian chicken and pork production to continue to grow well in 2021.
