Solution:

① Increase the ambient temperature, clean the surface of the material to be glued, and re-sizing and bonding correctly;

② Components A and B should be mixed evenly according to 1:1 as far as possible, then glued and bonded.

①The material to be adhered is non-polar material such as plastic, and the substrate is not compatible with the glue;

②The amount of glue applied is too small;

③Use after A and B components are not mixed evenly according to 1:1;

④The temperature is low, and there is water vapor on the surface, which affects the adhesion;

⑤The surface of the adhered material is not cleaned.

Solution:

①Mixed: Choose the appropriate adhesive according to the material, and check the compatibility of difficult-to-stick materials before use; materials with poor bonding effects such as: tinplate, snow iron, copper, polyolefin, polytetrafluoroethylene, silicone, etc.

②Glue: apply enough glue;

③Lamination: A and B components should be mixed evenly according to 1:1 as far as possible, then glued and bonded;

④Positioning: When the air humidity is greater than 85%, it is recommended to dry the surface.

⑤Curing: Clean the surface to get a good bonding effect, please sizing and bonding correctly.
