Production Method

During the preparation, the pigment and filler dispersion stage: add water, cosolvent, wetting agent, dispersant, defoamer, pigment and filler in sequence, and disperse at high speed until the pigment and filler reach the specified fineness.

Precautions

The range of the mass ratio of each component is: dispersant 0.

The dispersant is sodium polyacrylate, ammonium salt, and polymaleate; the wetting agent is organic phosphate, non-ionic surfactant; the emulsion is acetic acid acrylate, tertiary vinegar, styrene acrylate; the film forming auxiliary is C12 alcohol Ester, propylene glycol phenyl ether; thickener is hydroxyethyl cellulose ether, alkali swellable acrylic acid, polyurethane association type; preservative is isothiazolinone; pH regulator is NeOH, chlorine water, 2-amino-2 -Methyl-1-propanol; the co-solvent is ethylene glycol and propylene glycol.
