    On May 31 , 2022 , the research group of Associate Professor Chen Suren and the Second West China Institute of Sichuan University jointly published a paper entitled " The mutation.


    Infertility is a social problem that has attracted much attention at prese.


    Previous studies have reported that SOHLH1 is a germ cell- specific transcription factor that regulates the transcription of key spermatogenesis genes Kit , Ngn3 , Stra8 and Sycp1/3 , and suggested that the heterozygous mutation of human SOHLH1 gene.


    This research was supported by the National Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology ( 2019YFA0802101A ) and the Open Fund of the Key Laboratory of Cell Proliferation and Regulatory Biology of the Ministry of Educatio.
