    Acoustic dynamic therapy (SDT) is a new type of medical treatment, mainly in the presence of voice sensitizers, through local ultrasound to produce a large number of reactive oxygen species (ROS) to play a good killing effect, because of its high tissue penetration depth, good aggregation specificity and negligible side effects and other characteristics have been widely concerned


    Gas therapy (GT) can use a certain gas to regulate the course of the disease and has become a promising tumor treatment strategy


    Recently, Professor Cheng Liang's team from Soochow University and Professor Dong Zhiqiang of Huazhong Agricultural University have developed a transition metal sulfide-based nanoscale reactor - titanium sulfide nanosheet (TiS X NSs), which can release a large amount of H2without any H2S donor due to the presenceof sulfur S gas, for GT and immunomodulation, with the release ofH2S, TiSX NSs surface formed a large number of S vacancies and partial oxidation to form TiOX, thus giving TiSX NSs a new sonic dynamic effect for tumor SDT, This results in a programmed GT-SDT of the tumor, which further enhances the therapeutic effect of the tumor (Figure 1

    At the cellular and animal levels, TiSX NSs showed good tumor killing effect and, through immune regulation of the body, inhibited the metastasis and recurrence of tumors, prolonging its survival.
