    Colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of cancer death and the fourth most common cancer


    August 10, 2021, the CAS Institute of Biophysics Bo Pengcheng research group and research group at Duke University Xiling Shen " Advanced Science co-authored a paper entitled" magazine "Chromatin Remodeling of Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastasis is Mediated by an HGF-PU.


    Researchers used the commonly used colorectal cancer cell line HT29 and PDX (Patient-Derived Xenograft) cells of three types of colorectal cancer to obtain in situ colorectal cancer and liver metastatic colorectal cancer through the cecal tumor-bearing mouse model


    On this basis, the researchers also used a large number of clinical samples to verify the correlation of HGF, PU.


    The research work was completed by the Institute of Biophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Duke University.
