    In a mouse model implanted with CD19+ Raji cells, the researchers used up-conversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) to convert high tissue-penetrating near-infrared light into blue light, activate the injected optoCAR-T cells, and achieve high efficiency for lymphoma Treatment


    These encouraging results indicate that optoCAR-T cells can reduce potential side effects without losing the therapeutic effect
