Circular of Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on the Non-conforming Situation of 17 Batches of Food (Issue 43, 2022)

Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation organized a random inspection of 1471 batches of samples of 8 types of food, including processed grain products, condiments, biscuits, alcohol, tea and related products, quick-frozen food, catering food and edible agricultural products
.
According to the inspection and judgment of food safety standards, 1454 batches of qualified samples and 17 batches of unqualified samples were sampled (see annex), and microbial contamination, agricultural and veterinary drug residues, heavy metal pollution and other index problems
were detected.
The details are hereby announced as follows:

 

First, the problem of microbial contamination

Second, the problem of residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs

 

(1) The white bean horn, clothianidin and thiamethoxam sold at Jiaxin Vegetable Store in Longchuan County, Heyuan City, do not meet the national food safety standards

(3) The loach sold at the Zhengliang Fish Stall, Houjie, Dongguan City, Enrofloxacin did not meet the national
food safety standards.

 

(4) The loach sold at the Qihao seafood stall in Houjie, Dongguan City, Enrofloxacin does not meet the national
food safety standards.

 

(5) The large flower nail and chloramphenicol sold in Chen Shaorun's fish stall in Chancheng District, Foshan City, did not meet the national
food safety standards.

 

(6) The ginger and clothianidin sold by Huizhou Ledangjia Trading Co.

Third, the problem of heavy metal pollution

 

The Xihuangcao (substitute tea) and Lingzhixi yellow tea (substitute tea) produced by Shaoxi Jianshen Herbal Tea Food Factory in Liannan Yao Autonomous County, Qingyuan City, and lead (in Pb) sold at Xiaolu Store in Liannan Yao Autonomous County of Qingyuan City do not meet the national
food safety standards.

 

Fourth, other indicator issues

The Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation has requested the market supervision department under its jurisdiction to promptly investigate and deal with unqualified food and its producers and operators, order enterprises to find out the flow of products, take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks, and analyze the reasons for rectification; At the same time, the market supervision department in the jurisdiction is required to record the relevant situation in the food safety credit file of the producer and operator, and disclose the relevant information on the website of the
regulatory department in accordance with regulations.
