But a number of counterfeit "West Lake Longjing" trademark products appeared in the market, not only infringe the plaintiff's trademark exclusive rights, but also infringe the West Lake Longjing production area of tea farmers, tea factory economic interests and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
Plaintiff West Lake Longjing Association believes that Beijing Deli TV company in the online marketing platform to open a shop called "Panther flagship store" to sell fake "West Lake Longjing" trademark tea smoke, infringes the plaintiff's right to exclusive use of registered trademarks;
