Development of polyurethane elastic coatings for windscreen capsules outside the high-speed rail vehicle group
Abstract:
uses high-performance hydroxyl polyester resin and homemade SF elastic curing agent as the main film form, with polytekluoroethylene powder as the wear-resistant powder, prepared the high-speed rail vehicle group external windscreen capsules with polyurethane elastic coating. The effects of different hydroxy resins, polycyanate curing agents, NCO/OH substance ratio and wear-resistant powder dosage on coating performance are discussed. The results show that the developed coating has excellent performance of force, wear resistance and environmental reliability, and can meet the protection requirements of windscreen capsules outside the high-speed

Water-based automotive bumper primer development and performance research
Abstract:
Current domestic adhesion promoter and automotive bumper primer water-based technology is still immature, so this study selected four widely used water-based adhesion promoters in Japan: EA-8, DK-1, DK-2, DK-3. In this experiment, through the performance test of the coatings made by different adhesion promoters, it was found that the water resistance of DK-3 was better than that of the other three additives, combined with the measurement results of adhesion promoter crystallization and contact angle, which showed that high crystallization and low hydrophobic properties improved the water resistance of adhesive promoters. The PVC was then formulated with 35%, 25%, 20% and 15% water-based car bumper primers, respectively, and was eventually formulated with FAW-Volkswagen bumper primer performance indicators (TL211).

Preparation and application of hydrophobic anti-corrosion coatings
Abstract:
After modifying the silicone material by means of modification, and then adding functional nanomaterials with surface modification, a new type of anti-corrosion coating with excellent hydrophobic properties was prepared. The coating has excellent comprehensive properties in the field of metal corrosion protection: static water contact angle of 138.0 degrees, salt spray resistance time of 3,000 h, resistance to artificial accelerated aging time of 1,000 h, excellent adhesion and crack toughness. In addition, the hydrophobic properties of the coating effectively reduce the retention of moisture on the surface of the coating, reduce the possibility of water seeping through the paint film to the substrate, while reducing the corrosive gases soluble in the air, such as SO

S, etc. dissolved in the water to produce corrosive damage to the paint film, extending the life of the coating. Study of the influence factors of orange peel of automotive paint
Abstract:
introduces the different evaluation methods of orange peel of lacquer film and discusses the influence factors of orange peel of automotive paint. Through the design of different experiments, the effect of spraying process, spray parameters and coating production process and formulation on the visual appearance of the final paint film is verified, and the spray parameters and coating material improvement are carried out according to the experimental results, and the effect of optimizing the paint film orange peel is finally achieved.
