    1, grinding slurry treatment municipal sludge preparation building exterior wall coating preliminary research
    summary: for the municipal sludge building materials utilization, the use of PFI grinding machine for grinding treatment, as a filler to prepare the building exterior wall paint, the study of the abrasive mass concentration and abrasive speed on the municipal sludge coating system. The results show that the optimal sludge grinding conditions are: the mass concentration of the grinding slurry is 20%, the grinding plasma speed is 1500r/min, the increase of the grinding speed will reduce the viscosity of the coating, surface tensor and water penetration, but the contact angle and adhesion of the coating system has an enhanced effect, while the water resistance, alkaline resistance and hardness of the coating have no adverse effect.
