    ObjectiveTo evaluate the safety and efficacy


    Methods: From November 2017 to November 2018, 400 patients with acute IS admitted to nine hospitals, including the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University, were selected as the study subjects, and on the basis of conventional treatment, 203 cases were divided into experimental group (compound astripeptide injection + conventional treatment), 85 cases in the control group (other gangliosides + conventional treatment) and 112 cases in the blank group (conventional treatment)


    Results: After treatment, the apparent efficiency rates of the experimental group, the control group and the blank group were 84.


    Conclusion: Compound astryptide injection is safe and effective
