This capacity expansion project was initiated in response to growing market demand for Corteva's spinosyns line of products, including Jemvelva™ (spinosad) and Qalcova™ (spinosarc.
Combined with the previous spinosyns expansion project in Harbour Beach, Michigan, Corteva's existing capacity will be increased by 50.
The expansion addresses the needs of customers in more than 100 countries for crop protection solutions for more than 250 crops, such as leafy vegetables, melons, various fruits such as grapes and strawberries, as well as corn, soybeans, rice and cotto.

The Midland I-Park project started construction in March 2020 and took about 2 years to complet.
