According to the total planned scale, the Xizhongdao Petrochemical Park will develop into a world-class petrochemical base with a total refining capacity of 40 million tons, 3 million tons of ethylene, 4 million tons of aromatics, and 480,000 tons of MDI.

Speaking of the construction of the park, Yang Guangzhi said that Xizhongdao will take the olefin industry raw materials as the leading and lead, with the diversification of ethylene raw materials as the characteristic, with the support of carbon one chemical industry, chlor-alkali chemical industry, marine chemical industry, and focus on developing ethylene, propylene, carbon four Six series of products, including aromatic hydrocarbons, engineering plastics and new materials, and fine chemicals, will accelerate the promotion of high-end new chemical materials, form a petrochemical deep processing cluster, and build the entire petrochemical industry chain.
