    2.2 color pigment selection

    2.3 formula determination and color data signs

When the BC1 film thickness is fixed, and the change of chroma data with the increase of BC2 film thickness can be observed, it can be found that the data fluctuations are 15 degrees, 25 degrees of xenon L, xenon a, and xenon b, and BC2 membrane thickness negative relationship, analysis is due to the increase of BC2 film thickness, BC2 and BC1 interaction between stronger, BC1 layer aluminum powder orientation is caused by interference. At the same time, the 45-degree, 75-degree, 110-degree l', 'a' and 'b' are relatively stable, because this part of the data is more affected by the slurry, while the BC2 layer cover force is very poor, the increase in film thickness in this range will not lead to a significant change in the large angle color difference. The change trend of the above data can effectively guide the film thickness control of the product in the actual construction.
    3 Conclusion
