DSM accelerates its strategic transformation process with a full focus on health, nutrition and biosciences

Recently, royal Dutch DSM Group, a global scientific company focused on nutrition, health and biological sciences, announced a new strategic decision for the company: the company will concentrate all its resources and capabilities to solve the pressing social and environmental problems related to the world's food production and consumption patterns

As the global population continues to grow, many systemic and interconnected problems in food systems challenge the world and affect the health and well-being

DSM will transform into a company focused on nutrition, health and biosciences

At the heart of DSM's transformation was the creation of three market-focused business clusters

• The Food & Beverage business group, which integrates the food, beverage and pet food businesses of the former DSM Food Ingredients Technology division and DSM's Nutritional Products division, which currently has sales of more than €1 billion, will meet the needs

• The Health, Nutrition and Care business group, with sales of approximately €2.

• The Animal Nutrition and Health business group, which currently has sales of more than €3 billion, will focus on innovative products in the future to drive a practical and rapid transformation

From 1 January 2022, DSM will produce financial reports
