As a probiotic isolated from the breast milk of healthy women, probiotic probiotic pyrethroide has been found to improve high uric acid caused by high fructose, relieve asthma, relieve constipation, anxiety, and assist in the treatment of coronary heart disease and Parkinson's disease. At the same time, a series of studies have been carried out on the role of probio-M8 in immunity. In this study, the regulatory effect on host-specific immunity and non-specific immune response was discussed by immune-inhibited rat model dosing of mastogenic Bifido-M8 and analyzing the results.Experimental design Translation details1. Experimental subjects a total of 50 rats (weight 180±20 grams), randomly divided into five groups (blank control group, model control group, low-dose probiotic group, medium-dose probiotic group and high-dose probiotic group), each group of 10.2. The experimentalfirst all rats need to be fed 6 days of breast-milk Bifidoprobio-M8 to adapt. After the 7th day, in addition to the blank control group, the remaining four groups of rats were injected with cyclophosphamide (CTX) 40 mg/kg daily for 3 consecutive days to establish an immunosuppressive model. Three probiotic group rats were given different amounts of probiotic intervention, with a low dose group of 1x

CFU/day.3. Detection methodTo detect the subgroup percentage of whole blood lymphocytes in each group of rats, the conversion and proliferation activity of T lymphocytes, serum IgA, IgG, IL-2, IL-6, IFN-γ and TNF-α levels.results 1. Percentage of whole blood lymphocyte subgroupscompared to the blank control group, the percentage of whole blood CD3-T lymphocytes, CD4-T lymphocytes, CD8-T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes and NK cells decreased significantly (P<0.05), indicating that the immune function of the model control group after cyclophosphamide treatment was inhibited. Compared with the model control group, the percentage of whole blood CD3-T lymphocytes, CD4-T lymphocytes and CD8-T lymphocytes increased significantly in the high-dose probiotic group rats (P<0.01), while the percentage of whole blood CD3-T lymphocytes, CD4-T lymphocytes and CD8-T lymphocytes increased significantly in the medium- and low-dose probiotic group rats. Compared with the model control group, the percentage of whole blood B lymphocytes increased significantly in the high school dose group rats (P<0.05), while the change in the low dose group was not significant. Compared with the model control group, the percentage of whole blood NK cells increased significantly in the high-dose group rats (P<0.01), while the change in the medium-low-dose group was not significant (Table 1).the body cell immunity is mediated by T lymphocytes, the body fluid immunity is mediated by B lymphocytes, and the non-specific immunity is mediated by NK cells, etc. This suggests that mastococcal Probio-M8 can enhance the body's immune regulation by improving cellular immunity, body fluid immunity, and inherent immune response.Table 1. Percentage of rat whole blood T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes and NK cells 2.T lymphocyte conversion proliferation capacity Compared with the blank control group, the conversion and proliferation activity of lymphocytes in the model control group was significantly reduced (P<0.01). Compared with the model control group, the conversion and proliferation activity of T lymphocytes in high school dose group rats increased significantly (P<0.01) (Table 2).showed that the ability to convert and proliferate T lymphocytes in immunosuppressed rats was restored after treatment with Pylo-M8.Table 2.
