human hepatitis E IgMantibody (HEVV -IgM) Enzyme-linked immunoassitric analysis (ELISA)
box instruction manual
reagents are for research purposes only: this kit is used to detect humanserum, blood plasma levels of hepatitis E IgM antibodies (HEV-IgM), hematological diagnosis of infected people.
experimental principle:
kits use a doubleantigen sandwich enzyme immune method (ELISA) to determine the human hepatitis E IgM antibody (HEV-IgM) in the specimen. The purified antigen package ismicroplate" to make a solid phase antigen, which can be combined with hepatitis E IgM antibody (HEV-IgM) in the sample, washed to remove unconted antigens and other components and then bind to HRP-labeled antigens to form an antigen-antibody-enzyme-labeled antigen complex, which is thoroughly washed and added to the substrate TMB color.
TMB is catalyzed into blue by HRP enzymes and eventually yellow by acid. The absorbent (OD value) is measured at 450nm wavelengths using an enzymatic marker, compared with the CUTOFF value, to determine the presence or failure of human hepatitis E IgM antibodies (HEV-IgM) in the specimen.
