A total of 21 subjects who did not like exercise were included in the study, and they were randomly divided into two groups: exercise group (EG) or control group (CG).

The results showed that from baseline to after intervention, exercise reduced the time of TMT-A (difference=-7.

In summary, this randomized controlled trial proved for the first time that combined physical training can improve the executive function of adult patients with epilepsy, mainly to improve the patients' attention and language skills.
