Excellent flexible modified epoxy acrylic - LuCure2651.

Previously introduced to you a few more flexible two-nel UV resin, Unicryl R7495, LuCure8352 and so on, these resins are two-power polyurethane acrylic resin, good flexibility, water-resistant cooking, good adhesion between coating layers, is widely used in vacuum plating primers. However, there is a slow curing speed of both these two-lphan polyurethane resins, and today we introduce a new product that has excellent flexibility while taking into account the curing speed - FSP2651, which is a modified epoxy acrylic resin. We have done a series of complete performance tests for this product, the formula uses resin with a small amount of monosome, the appropriate amount of trigger, mainly to investigate the resin adhesion, flexibility, water resistance, plating, pigment wetting and other properties .

. LuCure2651 has excellent adhesion to conventional plastic substrates (PC, ABS, PMMA), sprayed and cured on PC substrates after 1 hour of water resistance testing, adhesion has not decreased, paint film is not foggy, has excellent water resistance.

In terms of upper plating, LuCure2651 has excellent on-plated conventional metal coatings such as aluminum, palladium and tin, with strong versatility and good long-term stability. In practical applications can be paired with traditional two-function polyurethane acrylic to further enhance the plating, but also to maintain good reaction activity.
Flex
as a two-role modified epoxy resin, LuCure2651 curing shrinkage is low, has a very good flexibility, the test will be sprayed on the PET film curing after 180 degrees of folding, paint film is not cracked. When Using LuCure2651 as the main resin of methyl oil, after brushing and curing on the fake nail sheet, the film will not crack after folding the nail piece. As a result, the LuCure2651 is highly flexible for a wide range of flexible substrates or applications with high flexibility requirements.
