    7th Standing Council Expansion Meeting of the Committee of Experts on Dietary Guidelines of the Chinese Academy of Nutrition was held on August 1, 2015 at the Kempinski Hotel in Beijing. More than 50 experts and executive directors from all over the country, as well as the chairman of the local nutrition society, attended the meeting, including Yang Yuexin, Yu Fengying, Cheng Yiyong, Yang Xiaoguang, Kong Lingzhi, and Guo Junsheng, Su Yixiang, Sun Jianqin and Ma Guansheng. The meeting focused on peer review of the revision of the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents.meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman Yan Fengying, and Chairman Yang Yuanxin, on behalf of the Revised Committee of the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents, reported on the revised procedures and revision principles, entry content and graphics of the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents (DG) (DG) The main revisions of DG (2015), core information and key recommendations were introduced in detail, and Professors Su Yixiang, Ma Guansheng and Sun Jianqin reported on the revision of dietary guidelines for women and children, school-age children and the elderly, respectively.Cheng Yiyong presided over the expert discussion, the meeting on the DG revision of the content of a heated discussion. The content of the six key entries was affirmed and constructive comments were made on the details of their text expression, specific key recommendations and key facts. Key entries in dietary guidelines for specific populations have also been fully discussed. The Committee of Directors and the person in charge of the revision listened carefully to everyone's views, and the discussions at the meeting were serious and in-depth, and achieved good results.the meeting issued a peer review form and DG key entries and key recommendations, has been carefully filled out and revised by experts. After the meeting, the DG Revision Secretary Group will summarize and collate the comments in a timely manner and give them back to the DG Revision Expert Committee, which will carefully adopt the recommendations to better promote and improve the DG revision.the conference achieved the desired results, providing a solid basis for the completion of the new revision of DG by the end of 2015..
