Food and Drug Administration issued three notices to announce the rectification results of pharmaceutical enterprises

Today, Guangdong food and Drug Administration issued three notices, announcing the rectification of flight inspection orders of three enterprises, including Guangzhou Liancun Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Yabo Biotechnology Co., Ltd and Huizhou Changqing pharmaceutical, beauty and health care products industry Co., Ltd the details are as follows: Guangzhou Liancun Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd was found to exist in the flight inspection on April 27, 2016: 1 A large number of raw and auxiliary materials were stored in a warehouse outside the plant area, and the storage conditions did not meet the requirements, and did not report to the regulatory department as required; 2 The education and specialty of the person in charge of production did not meet the requirements; 3 Some raw materials and sample products were not stored as required; 4 The management system of clean plant was not implemented: mosquito was found Six problems, such as insects and production waste not cleaned up in time; 5 production records, equipment and facilities monitoring records are not completely consistent with the actual situation; 6 calibration of individual instruments has expired, and they have been ordered to rectify within a time limit (the rectification results are shown in Figure 1) Guangzhou Yabo Biotechnology Co., Ltd was found to exist in the flight inspection on April 27, 2016: 1 The delivery pipeline of the soft capsule production equipment was set unreasonably; 2 The batch production records of individual products were incomplete and other two problems were ordered to be rectified within a time limit (the rectification results are shown in Figure 2) Huizhou changqingchun pharmaceutical, beauty and health care products industry Co., Ltd was found in the flight inspection on May 12, 2016: 1 The use record of atomic absorption spectrometry instrument was incomplete; 2 Air conditioning drips in the storage room of hollow capsules; 3 Aloe powder 2.6kg (batch No 20140502) was found in the raw material warehouse, which had passed the warranty period and was not discarded in time, and the treatment record of unqualified products was incomplete; 4 The record of raw materials in and out of the warehouse was not complete Four problems, including truthfulness and integrity, were ordered to rectify within a time limit (the rectification results are shown in Figure 3) Figure 1 Figure 2 Figure 3
