Guide: First Chinese holding company listed on the Indian stock market, !---- July 12, Fosun Pharma announced that it had been notified that Gland Pharma, a controlling subsidiary, had filed an initial public offering of its shares,i.eGland Pharma with a face value of 1.00 rupees per share, to the Securities and Exchange Commission of India (SEBI), the Indian Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Mumbai on July 10, 2020;expects the spin-off of Gland Pharma to involve the initial public offering of new shares totalling no more than Rs 12.5 million and the sale of no more than 34863635 shares by Gland Pharma's existing shareholdersthe specific size of the issue , including oversubscription , will be finalized in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulation (i.ethe Securities and Exchange Commission of India (Issue Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018) and the applicable SEBI guidelines, rules, regulations and noticesis expected to remain a controlling subsidiary of Gland Pharma following the spin-off.
