PRM1201 is a traditional Chinese medicine formula composed of 7 Chinese herbal medicines

Colorectal cancer

In this study, patients with stage III colon cancer who underwent radical surgical resection were randomly divided into adjuvant chemotherapy (FOLFOX q2w for 6 months, or CapeOx q3w for 6 months) + PRM1201 (chemotherapy + PRM1201 group) or adjuvant chemotherapy + placebo (Chemotherapy + placebo group)

From January 2016 to June 2016, 420 patients from 7 medical centers were screened and 370 patients were included in the study
