    In order to test the therapeutic potential of FGF21, the PD group and FGF21 group were injected with MPTP-HCL intraperitoneally for 1 week, and the control group was injected with saline


    FGF21 significantly reduced the gene expression of M1 microglia markers IL-1β, TNF-α and CD 68 (Figure 2A)


    LPS was used to induce BV2 microglia, an in vitro model was constructed, and FGF21 treatment was used to study the mechanism of FGF21 regulating the polarization of microglia
