Food Partners ReutersJune 4, Fujian market supervision and managementbureau released the first 21 food safetysupervision and sampling information bulletin, sampling thefood processed products, edible oil(including oil and its products),spices , meat products, dairy products ,beverages , biscuits ,canned food , potato andpuffed food , sugar, fruit products, tea and related products,alcoholic beverages , vegetableproducts, fruit products, roasted food and nut products,egg products , aquatic products,starch and starch products ,pastry , Soy products ,cateringAmong 403 batches of samples of 22 categories of foodincluding food (including tableware) and edible agricultural products, 8 batches were found to be unqualified.

The main active ingredient of anionic synthetic detergent is sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, which is a low-toxic chemical substance.
The "National Food Safety Standard Disinfecting Meal (Drinking) Utensils" (GB 14934-2016) stipulates that the anionic synthetic detergent (calculated as sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate) in sterilized table (drinking) utensils shall not be detected.
The reason for the detection of anionic synthetic detergent in the disinfection of tableware (drinking) may be that the detergent used to wash the dishes does not meet the standard; it may also be that the detergent or disinfectant is not thoroughly rinsed.
