In accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations, the relevant information on the special sampling of hot food on National Day is hereby announced as follows:

The special sampling task of the festival hot food involves 1024 batches of 14 major categories of food, such as grain processing products, edible oil (including oil and fat and its products), condiments, meat products, dairy products, beverages, quick-frozen food, alcohol, vegetable products, fruit products, fried food and nut products, aquatic products, soy products, edible agricultural products, etc.
