The maintenance period does not affect the supply of refined oil products in southern China.
Guangzhou Petrochemical said that the opening of work stoppage and maintenance emissions environmental management will implement the concept of "zero emissions", in accordance with the "gas is not on the sky, oil does not land, water is not over-discharged, slag is not littered" requirements, the overhaul device oily sewage, sulfur-containing sewage, cleaning fluid, closed blow-clean exhaust emissions, solid waste disposal, etc. to carry out a comprehensive co-ordination, reduce the impact on the environment, to achieve green maintenance. A closed blow-off is implemented, and all exhaust gases are transported through production pipes to the gas cabinet for centralized collection for fuel production. Also said that during the cleaning process, the equipment may also emit some odors, odors far below harmful concentrations. Residents are requested not to be alarmed by the possibility of torch burning, short periods of smoke, noise and odor during the shutdown.
