On October 12, TusHoldings issued an announcement stating that the company held the fourth meeting of the Ninth Board of Directors on August 26, 2021, at which the "Proposal on the Proposal to Cancel Some Wholly Owned Subsidiaries" was reviewed and passed, and it was agreed that the company plans to cancel its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

The company recently received the notice of approval to cancel the registration of the above two subsidiaries issued by the Hengyang Market Supervision Administration
