    (7) The public infrastructure facilities in the park, including the roads, pipe networks (water, electricity, gas, materials), heat supply, gas supply, sewage treatment, fire protection, monitoring and control system and other infrastructure completion acceptance documents or related certificates in the park material;

    (8) The establishment of park management institutions, the establishment of various management systems and related documents;

    The chemical enterprises settled during the construction period of the new chemical park shall be identified and managed by each city (state) in accordance with the key monitoring points.
