Health Care Commission: 22 new confirmed cases, including 8 new cases in the local area

From 0:24 pm on August 14th, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 22 new confirmed cases, of which 14 cases were imported from abroad (4 cases in Shanghai, 4 cases in Sichuan, 2 cases in Jiangsu, 2 cases in Shaanxi, 1 case in Inner Mongolia, 1 case in Guangdong), 8 cases in China (7 cases in Xinjiang, 1 case in Guangdong);
57 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, 1905 close contacts were removed from medical observation, and 3 fewer serious cases were reported than the previous day.
179 confirmed cases (no serious cases) have been imported from abroad, and there are 3 suspected cases. A total of 2263 confirmed cases, a total of 2084 cases of cured discharge, no deaths.
As of 2400 hours on August 14, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported that there were 655 confirmed cases (of which 36 were serious cases), a total of 79519 cases were cured and discharged from hospital, 4634 cumulative deaths were reported, 84,808 confirmed cases were reported, and 3 suspected cases were reported. A total of 805,075 close contacts were traced and 20,441 close contacts were still under medical observation.
31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 20 new cases of asymptomatic infection (13 cases imported from abroad);
received a total of 4887 confirmed cases from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Of these,
4360 cases (3,392 discharges, 67 deaths), 46 cases (46 discharges) and 481 cases (450 discharges and 7 deaths) in the
regions were discharged.
