July 3, 0-24 hours, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 3 new confirmed cases, of which 2 cases were imported from abroad (Shanghai 1 case, Guangdong 1 case), 1 local case (Beijing);
10 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, 794 close contacts were released from medical observation, and 2 fewer serious cases were reported than the previous day.
66 confirmed cases (no serious cases) and 2 suspected cases from overseas. A total of 1925 confirmed cases, a total of 1859 cases cured out of hospital, no deaths.
As of 2400 hours on July 3, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported that there were 402 confirmed cases (of which 6 were serious cases), a total of 78,509 cases were cured and discharged from hospital, 4,634 cumulative deaths were reported, a total of 83,545 confirmed cases were reported, and 7 suspected cases existed. A total of 763,277 close contacts were traced and 4,993 close contacts were still under medical observation.
31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 4 new cases of asymptomatic infection (3 cases imported from abroad);
received a total of 1742 confirmed cases from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Of these,
1247 cases (1125 discharges, 7 deaths), 46 cases (45 discharges) in the Macao Special Administrative Region, and 449 cases (438 discharges and 7 deaths) in
regions.
