Health Care Commission: 8 new confirmed cases, including 2 local cases

July 4, 0-24 hours, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 8 new confirmed cases, of which 6 cases were imported from abroad (3 cases in Gansu, 1 case in Tianjin, 1 case in Shanghai, 1 case in Sichuan), 2 cases in China (all in Beijing);
7 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, 1072 close contacts were released from medical observation, and the number of serious cases was the same as the previous day.
68 confirmed cases (no serious cases) and 3 suspected cases have been imported from outside China. A total of 1931 confirmed cases, a total of 1863 cases cured out of hospital, no deaths.
As of 2400 hours on July 4, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported that there were 403 confirmed cases (of which 6 were serious cases), 78,516 cases had been cured and discharged from hospital, 4,634 cumulative deaths had been reported, 83,553 confirmed cases had been reported and 7 suspected cases had been reported. A total of 763,557 close contacts were traced and 4,201 were still under medical observation.
31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 7 new cases of asymptomatic infection (7 cases imported from abroad);
received a total of 1753 confirmed cases from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Of these,
1258 cases (1145 discharges, 7 deaths), 46 cases (45 discharges) in the Macao Special Administrative Region, and 449 cases (438 discharges and 7 deaths) in
regions.
