Health Commission: 6 newly confirmed cases on the 21st are all imported cases

From 0-24 o'clock on April 21, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 6 new confirmed cases, all of which were imported cases (2 in Guangdong, 1 in Tianjin, 1 in Shanghai, and 1 in Hubei) Cases, 1 case in Yunnan); no new deaths; 2 new suspected cases, all imported cases (both in Shanghai).

8 new cases were cured and discharged on the same day, and 485 close contacts were released from medical observation.

There are currently 246 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 5 severe cases) and 3 suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on April 21, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 303 confirmed cases (including 5 severe cases), a total of 85,608 cured and discharged cases, and a total of 4,636 deaths.

31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 16 new asymptomatic infections (all imported from abroad); 1 confirmed case on the same day (imported from abroad); 16 medical observations were lifted on the same day (all imported) Imported from abroad); 310 cases of asymptomatic infection are still under medical observation (297 cases imported from abroad).

A total of 12,835 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
