Health Commission: 9 new confirmed cases, all imported from abroad

From 0-24:00 on March 22, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 9 new confirmed cases, all of which were imported cases (4 in Guangdong, 2 in Shaanxi, 1 in Shanghai, and 1 in Sichuan) Cases, 1 case in Yunnan); no new deaths; no new suspected cases.

On the same day, 12 new cases were cured and discharged, and 238 close contacts were released from medical observation.

There are 156 confirmed cases imported from abroad (no severe cases), and 2 suspected cases.

As of 24:00 on March 22, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 158 confirmed cases (no severe cases), a total of 85,321 cured and discharged cases, and a total of 4,636 deaths.

31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 14 new cases of asymptomatic infection (all imported from abroad); 1 case was converted to a confirmed case (imported from abroad) on the same day; 11 cases were lifted from medical observation on the same day (all imported) Imported from abroad); 237 cases of asymptomatic infection are still under medical observation (all imported from abroad).

A total of 12,451 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
