According to online documents, each province began to organize medical institutions in their regions to carry out the eighth batch of national procurement drug procurement demand filling work, a total of 41 varieties, 181 product specifications included in the report catalog

▍ Institutional scope

Public medical institutions and military medical institutions in all provinces should participate; Other socially-run medical institutions voluntarily participate

This data filling is carried out by online direct reporting, and the historical procurement volume data in 2021 is imported by each province for medical institutions to refer to when filling in the relevant drug procurement demand, and medical institutions fill in the procurement demand according to the reporting specifications

▍ Timeline

Before 24:00 on January 12 (Thursday), the medical insurance departments of each province will maintain and manage user accounts and medical institution accounts, and relevant users will complete the reporting operation test

On January 13 (Friday), the official launch of the volume report, and the medical insurance departments of various provinces introduced the historical procurement volume data of 2021 for the reference of medical institutions

Medical institutions must fill in the relevant drug procurement requirements as required and submit data
by 24:00 on February 8 (Wednesday).

Before 17:00 on February 21 (Tuesday), all provinces are requested to complete the review of relevant drug procurement demand, summarize, export and print, affix the official seal of the Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau, and submit the electronic file and scanned copy to the joint procurement office
by the system.
