On the 24th, Hisun Pharmaceuticals announced that it had received the "Drug Supplementary Application Approval Notice" for micafungin sodium for injection approved and issued by the State Food and Drug Administration.

Micafungin sodium is mainly used for the following infections caused by Aspergillus and Candida: fungemia, respiratory fungal disease, gastrointestinal fungal disease

According to statistics, the global sales of Micafungin Sodium for Injection in 2020 will be approximately US$339,152,600, of which China’s sales will be approximately US$34,427,300; the global sales from January to March 2021 will be approximately US$82.
