Cai Weiguo, deputy chief physician of the Department of Ophthalmology of the First Hospital of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, said to eat more foods containing vitamin A, such as carrots, green (yellow) vegetables and red dates; eat more foods containing vitamin B, such as sesame, soybean, Fresh milk, wheat germ, etc.


    Cai Weiguo introduced that patients with iridocyclitis can refer to the following dietary prescriptions:

    Yinhua chrysanthemum tea: 50 grams of silver flower, 50 grams of chrysanthemum, and 20 grams of green tea


    Manjingzi porridge: Manjingzi 15 grams, japonica rice 50 grams


    Green tea: 15 grams of green tea, 5 grams of green tea


    Gypsum porridge: 50 grams of raw gypsum, 100 grams of japonica rice


    Mung bean lotus root soup: 1 section of lotus root, 30 grams of mung bean


    Roasted winter melon with mushrooms: 300 grams of winter melon, 20 grams of shiitake mushrooms, and appropriate seasoning


    What are the preventive measures for iridocyclitis? Cai Weiguo said that first, work and rest should be reasonable
