human insulin (Ins) enzyme-linked immunoanalytic analysis (ELISA)

    ">reagementbox instruction manual

< "text-align:left;" > reagents are for research purposes only: This kit is used to determine humanserum, plasma and related liquid samples in insulin (The content of Ins).

    experimental principle:

< p style "text-align:left;"> This kit uses a dual antibody sandwich method to determine the level of human insulin (Ins) in the specimen. The purified human insulin (Ins) antibody package ismicroplate to make solid-phase antibodies, and insulin (Ins) is added to the micro-holes of the package that are mono-resistant ) Bind to HRP-labeled sheep anti-human antibodies to form antibodies -antigen - enzyme-labeled antibody complex, after thorough washing plus substrate TMB color.
< p style is "text-align:left;" >TMB is catalyzed by HRP enzymes into blue and, under the effect of acid, into the final yellow. The shade of color is positively related to insulin (Ins) in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at 450nm wavelengths using an enzymatic marker, and the concentration of human insulin (Ins) in the sample is calculated using a standard curve.
