The regulations will come into effect on December 23

The "Health Supplement Registration Standards and Procedures" stipulates that the health supplement registration standards include product safety, efficacy and quality requirements, and labeling requirements; It stipulates the registration procedure requirements for products produced in Indonesia, imported products and products used for export

The new regulation repeals the 2020 Standards and Procedures for the Registration of Health Supplements, and the previously applied circulation permit remains in effect for a transitional period of 2 years
